[pct-l] PCT vs. bikes

I'll throw another log on the fire...

Belonging to both hiking (PCT) and mt. biking organizations,
the noise I hear about hikers vs bikers vs equestrians is 
endless and pointless. All groups endure the same percentage
of discontents and yet the majority of us are all out there
for the same reason.

To say that one group is better or worse than the other is
nonsense and we all know that. Typically I don't respond to
this type of mindless banter, but I felt compelled this time.

Wishing harm to someone publicly on this list, be it a 
bonehead biker, stoned hiker or redneck equestrian is 
unnecessary.
