I would go with the supplex, It is more breathable than polyester, which you will appreciate greatly in the desert. Washes easily by hand and does not have the aroma memory of most polyesters. Of course the later will not affect you, but will anyone you pass.<VBG>. I felt it was worth the price, as it wears longer also. Crest Rider
