[pct-l] Ankle rash after hiking

I get this around my ankles and decided it was an allergy to the elastic in
the socks. the rubber in the elastic starts off gassing and it seems to be
worse if the temperatures are warmer. I folded my socks over, this made it
worse- twice as much elastic in one area nd it was pressed into the ankle.
Ditto some tights. Get as loose a fit as possible. Mine also got less
sensitive on my thruhike and I do not know why.(skinner ankles??)
