[pct-l] Yosemite Permit

I am assuming that the websites are still down for Yosemite.

How do I go about getting a permit (backcountry?) for July?

Section I is my target (or at least a large portion of it) and I worry that if
I don't get the ball rolling soon, I may be out of luck.
