[pct-l] Fire near Campo

As of 8:30 this morning the fire had burned 900 acres and was 40% contained,
with full containment later today. Yesterday winds were 50 mph. It's about
10 miles west of Campo and burning west from Potrero towards Tecate, so it's
probably not affecting the trail but may still be impacting road access from
the west.
