[pct-l] Rider report
Talked to Goforth the other day. She was leaving Mono Lake and headed
north with horse in trailer to try to finish the last 200 miles of the
Sierra. Then was planning on heading south to finish in the San Bernadino's.
After this last 400+ miles she will have completed all of Ca this year and
150 in WA. She is riding more and her tendonitis/stress fracture is better.
It is extremely difficult to do the PCT on horseback. Not only do you have
to worry about yourself you also have to deal with the other brain and body
that has it's own opinion of work!
