[pct-l] Oregon PCT fire and water

There was quite a bit of firefighting action going on around Diamond Lake
over the weekend, though none serious, as far as I could tell, due to lightning,
and there was even a bit of rain in some places on Sunday.    Nothing as bad
as the Mendocino or I-80 fires in California though.
