[pct-l] snow conditions Northern Washington

Just checked the web page for Okanogan NF, trail conditions.  Last updated
7/20.  They say patchy snow with 1-3' drifts north of Hart's pass.   If you
are starting at the Columbia, it should be clear by the time you get there.
Most of the rest of the trail in WA is open and much has been cleared
already.  Fires are all under control, in fact there has been quite a lot of
rain and some snow at higher elevations.  Rivers are all running pretty good
with snow melt.
