 On page 48 of this months Backpacker mag. is a pic of some really nice 
crampons that are made to use with running shoes. Stubai Univeral Trekking 
alumuim crampons that weigh 1 lb. and 4 ozs. Look perfect for the early crowd 
in the Sierra's I may buy some for my annual trip up Adams this summer. Also 
Stubia Tour Lite alu. ice axe which is only 1 lb. Other article takes of 
alcohol stove which is a lame duck compared to most the stoves this year on 
the PCT. At least BP mag. is getting with the program on light weight gear!!
