[pct-l] TrailQuest Web Cams Page Update

The web cams page has been expanded and moved.  It now includes =
categories for AT cams as well as PCT cams, and there is a third =
category for "Other Scenic Cams".  There are now a total of 52 sites =
linked; 14 for the AT, 18 for the PCT, and 20 other scenic cams.

The Tramcams on Mt. San Jacinto are operating again, and so is the =
California DOT streaming video from Cajon Pass.  Links for both have =
been added to the new page, which is located here:
