[pct-l] live webcam of the PCT - sort of

It is actually a web-cam of Interstate-15. It looks to me that the cam is located at the truck scales almost directly over where the PCT goes through the tunnel under I-15

You can't see the trail in the picture, but you can see the bridge where 138 goes over I-15.

Looks like the weather there is nice this morning
