[pct-l] getting around eastern San Diego County

There have been several inquiries about how one gets around on any
day except ADZPCTKO.    The folks near the border may not care much
for giving rides to strangers... but there is a "lifeline" rural bus service

that includes Campo, Morena,  Julian, Scissors, Cuyamaca, Warner Springs...
very infrequently.
