[pct-l] feet



After hiking the PCT last year for the second time. My way of getting those 
feet in shape for a long hike is playing basketball. I been playing several 
times 
a week for more years then I want to admit. Running up and down the court did 
a great job of getting my feet in shape and also helps knees, legs, and the 
cardiovascular system too. So you see, playing basketball keeps me in great
shape and also keeps me ready for that next long hike.
