[pct-l] bear cannisters....

A friend of mine got our permit in the mail for our Bishop Pass-Whitney
hike in August. He said that bear cannisters are mandatory in Dusy Basin
and over Bishop Pass. We were hoping to camp at or near Bishop Pass and
then make Palisades Lakes the next night and avoid using cannsiters. It
looks like we may have to take our cannisters or take a chance of
getting hassled by the rangers.....
