[pct-l] Entering the US from Manning Park, BC (I am Canadian)

Just get off the bus, put your pack on and go directly to the trailhead. At a 
glance no ranger can tell what nationality you are and no one is likely to 
ask at the border on the PCT. (no one is stationed there). Hell, they do it 
everyday at the Mexican border. You could go back to Canada on the PCT from 
Harts Pass (40 miles from Manning Lodge), if for some reason (don't ask, 
don't tell) you don't want to reenter Canada at a border crossing.
