here's some important info for anyone considering an olallie lake resupply.  
berger & smith's guide book list this resupply as "unreliable," so i emailed 
them to see what they had to say.  they responded that the proper address to 
use is

Olallie Lake Resort
c/o Clackamas Ranger District
595 NW Industrial Way
Estacada, OR  97023

this gets the package to a FS ranger station in Estacada.  the rangers then 
shuttle the packages up to the resort about once a week.  many thru hikers 
never get their packages because they have them mailed right before they are 
to arrive, so the rangers don't deliver in time.  they suggested a two week 
lead time for mailing packages to assure delivery to resort in time.  they 
assured me that this is a very reliable resupply if you follow this rule.

they charge a $5 fee upon pickup.
