[pct-l] Cascades Volcano Observatory

There was a great article in National Geographic magazine about the Cascades 
in an issue about a year and a half ago.  It explained the plate tectonics 
very well with excellent diagrams.  Also suggested why almost all of the 
string of volcanoes fall within a short distance from the coast.  Also had 
information on evidence of an ancient earthquake estimated magnitude > 8.0!  
I'm not sure if I saved it or not.  The NG mags started overflowing a couple 
years ago and I have gotten rather ruthless about which ones I save.
