[pct-l] Speaking of taking courses...

Just in case you're looking for something else to "know" before
a through-hike... any through-hiker might really consider taking a=20
wilderness-oriented first aid course.  First aid can be a lot different=20
when you're miles from civilization.  Plus, just knowing what COULD=20
go wrong might make you more safety conscious. There are a few=20
organizations which offer these... I took a 2-day course from WMA=20
before my 99 hike.  WMA is at:
