Not that it matters much at all but water actually comes from oxidizing or 
burning hydrogen, a gas to become H2O . Thats what's so bizarre about a 
campfire. You are actually creating water  by burning (oxidizing) hydrogen 
and releasing co2, the same water that was broken down during the process of 
photosynthesis and the same Co2 that was taken from the atmosphere by the 
plant. And the same heat that was taken from the sun and denied to the 
atmosphere is released back into the atmosphere by that campfire. And the 
same oxygen that is released to the atmosphere by the plant is now taken from 
the atmosphere again to oxidize the hydrogen. In other words what goes around 
comes around and photosynthesis and combustion are equal and opposite 
chemical reactions. In conclusion, rocks came from hydrogen. Hydrogen came 
first (from where God only knows) and then fusion in the sun created all the 
other elements from which rocks are made, one by one in order of their atomic 
weights. In other words fire ( the sun) rules and all else (earth, wind, and 
water) is subordinate to  (or a function of) it including thoughts and dreams 
but maybe not spirits. Just ask the Indians who knew all this all along . And 
while were  on the subject, thats why entropy doesn't  really wash - fusion 
creates complexity, entropy says it should be the other way around. Not that 
it matters much at all.
