guess it depends on how you define 'chef.'  there can be a lot of food 
preparation that goes into raw dishes - raw pizza, burgers, chow mein, 
granola, spaghetti, quiche etc.  amazing what you can make raw with all the 
raw recipe books out there once you learn the trade, and the taste of this 
stuff is amazing.  so if you define chef like i do (as someone who alters 
nature's food with kitchen equipment before serving it), raw chef works.  if 
chef means altering food with heat, then raw chef is oxymoron.
