[pct-l] painting bear cannisters.

I've got just one Question: If the bear canister manufactures aren't 
intelligent or competent enough to think of making them easily visible after 
some bear has trotted off with them, then why are you buying them from them 
and trusting them to begin with especially when they sell for such high 
prices? There's about $5 worth of material involved. ( okay, maybe $10)
