[pct-l] PCT 2000 Thru-Hikers list.

I've done my best to compile a list of hikers for the 2000 hiking season.
You can find the list under the Forums section on www.pcta.org. Look under
The Trail: Hikers & Riders: Year 2000 Thru-hiker list.

I'm sure there are mistakes as the differences in name spellings seemed to
vary between the different registers. Hopefully it's reasonably accurate. If
you find any problems, please attach a correction to the list.
