Please make sure that all posts to the list are ON TOPIC.
That means they should be PCT related somehow. 

Example of ON topic post:
How the outcome of the election will effect the administration of public
lands.

Example of OFF topic post:
General merits, or lack thereof, of the political parties, or presidential
candidates.

If your reply to a post is off topic, please reply to the poster, not to
the list.

Some email programs automatically reply to "all" so make sure your reply
goes where you think it is going.
