Some donate money. Some donate time. Money is just time in converted form.
My problem with the government is that they seem to take 10 bucks for every
dollar that goes to the trail. Do I have specific numbers to support this?
No! Can I count numerous instances where the government wastes money? Yes!

I took a PCTA lady, on the PCTA board, to the trail last year after leaving
ADZPCTKO. It was clear from talking with her that 90% of her time is spent
on politics and raising money. My view is, and always has been, that making
something happening requires a few dedicated people willing to spend their
time and money on the goal. That is how ADZPCTKO happened. 

I rest my case.
