mine on public lands,then maybe the timber companies,who we subsidise with
free logging roads and timber sales that the public loses money on,then we
should collect from the ranching industries that grazes their animals on
public land ,for leases well under market value. if the people who are
really getting the most from it started paying their fair share,there would
not be any reason to charge people to enter their own land.
