I will say that I have NEVER seen the San Gabriel Mountains as clean since
the Adventure Pass was instituted. First it keeps people from using the
Forest unless they pay. The result is less diapers and beer cans. Second,
the money DOES go to the forest although none of us would agree with the
choices made by the USFS as to where to spend the money.
