[pct-l] PCT completion certificate

Just got my PCT completion certificate from the PCTA. It took as long to get 
as the hike itself, but now that I have it, I'm proud of it and it will be 
framed and hanging on my wall in no time. If you've hiked the trail and would 
like to get a certificate, e-mail the PCTA. You may need to be a member, 
though.
