Not to stir the flames or anything, but Bush got a bigger percentage of the
popular vote than Bill Clinton did in either of his two elections.  Clinton
won with substantially less than 50%, thanks to Perot.  In fact, does anyone
know the last president who actually won a _majority_ of the popular vote?
I have no idea, though I'm guessing maybe Reagan for his second term.
