Re: [pct-l] Insoles for running shoes

Custom orthodics now come in lighter weight foam now too. I have two
pair...$320 a pair. The good news is they have corrected all of my old
foot/leg problems. I run long distance too and could almost tell you
when I would get anterior tibialis tendonitis next. I haven't had it
once since I got the custom orthodics. They weigh 1.4 oz. And, if you
have narrow feet like I do, you can leave the factory insoles in...along
with the orthodic to fill up more shoe/boot space.
I have not tried the 803's. The narrowest they come is D width. I have
an old pair of New Balance 130's running shoes I am still hiking in.
They should have been retired long ago.
