I agree completely. It would be interesting if we made a counter proposal. 
We would happily pay any user fees, back or front country, to be used anyway 
they saw fit within the park collecting the fees, as long as we got receipts 
for it and were allowed to deduct the entire fee from our actual 
state/federal taxes paid. In other words, we'd be happy to pay for anything 
we use or approve of if they won't make us pay for things we don't use or 
approve of. BTW, don't hold your breath waiting for THAT one to be accepted.
