I bought a Natural Balance Trekker Lite (5000ci) 3 months back. Other models are discontinued as his website is really out of date. The pack is GREAT! I don't mind paying $275 as it's made in USA. Light weight cordura, only 5.5 lbs, and VERY comfortable. Huge bottom compartment, lid detaches to make BIG fanny pack. Just returned from back pack to climb Mt. Whitney's Mountaineer's Route. Pack was comfortable and well balanced on class 3 rock & mucho talus hopping! Get one-you won't ever buy another pack! Believe me I've tried many from Lowe, Jansport, Kelty, and Gregory. Gregory was best but expensive and heavy (7 lbs empty). Natural Balance got rave reviews from Coulouir (back country skiing) magazine and Backpacker. The frame is neatly designed, hipbelt very clever, and I'm ordering the two front Balance Buddies too. Call Aarn tomorrow and order one!
