[pct-l] Titanium vs. aluminum cookware



Titanium is 60% heavier but 100% stronger than aluminum (approximately).
Stainless steel is 100% heavier than titanium. It is also 100% stiffer
(more rigid).

So the lightest cookware should be aluminum, but it dents easier unless
it's thicker gage. I'll let others comment on how food sticks to the pot
for each material.
