[pct-l] Whole milk powder

Does anybody out there know of a supplier of WHOLE milk powder?  Locally,
the best I can do is the  Milkman 2%.

PS. Walk On (Dave Paulson) came into White Pass, southbound on his yo-yo
attempt on Wednesday, August 23, hopes to arrive at Cascade Locks on the
28th.
