[pct-l] meal bar recipe

anyone with some good recipes in this area?  Most of these are yucky sweet 
to me.  I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe that we a balanced meal 
in a bar.  I have a bean loaf recipe that I think I am going to try al la 
biscoti style to get the water out of it.
