This book was printed at Bickley Printing here in Pasadena. Bickley is still
in business--still in the same place--but when I checked there about 15
years ago, no one knew anything about Clarke's book.
This is actually Clarke's _third_ book about the PCT. The 1945 version
appears to incorporate the content of the first two publications. A name
search of the Library of Congress online catalog shows two other titles:
