[pct-l] trail conditions-snoqualmie to manning?

I've been hearing about alot of ice and snow remaining on the trail.  Ice
ax/crampons needed?  what portions and how much of the trail is snow
covered?  How impassible or dangerous are some sections?  Any info would be
helpful.  I plan on starting from snoqualmie around august 2nd.  thank you.
