[pct-l] Wacky (and illegal) idea for carrying water in SoCal

OK, folks -- my idea is illegal, at least in wilderness areas.

    Code of Federal Regulations
    TITLE 36--PARKS, FORESTS, AND PUBLIC PROPERTY
    PART 261--PROHIBITIONS

    Sec. 261.57  National Forest wilderness.
      When provided by an order, the following are prohibited:
      ....
      (h) Possessing or using a wagon, cart or other vehicle

Oh well, it sounded good at one time...
