IMHO: 

Sorry, Robert, but I don't think your wheeled wagon has any place on the PCT. 
Not being "worse than ATV's and Mountain Bikes" doesn't mean diddly. Those 
are not ALLOWED on the PCT either. They are there illegally and introducing 
another 'illegal vehicle' doesn't solve any problem. 

If you need more water than you can comfortably carry, set up a private water 
stash at appropriate places to accommodate your personal needs.
