Seems like one of the recreational magazines such as Backpacker or Outside 
Magazine would be a good place to start. Since most backpacking retail 
outlets would gain little from a nutrition study,I doubt that they would be 
interested, but hey, you never know until you try. How about the Pacific 
Crest Trail Association? www.pcta.org
