[pct-l] Pubs on the PCT

Dharmabum asked:
>>Question- What is the best Pub on the PCT?<<

Check out Timberline Lodge in Oregon. There are two places to drink
Northwest micro-brews in this grand, historic building. One is a small pub
downstairs that is decorated with 1930's in-laid artwork on the walls. They
have pizza, too! Unfortunately, there are no windows in this pub. But you
can go to the upstairs bar, where Mt. Hood views are incredible and you can
take in the ambience, complete with the huge timbers that support the
building and the massive stone fireplace. The PCT is only about 300' away,
which follows a paved path on the uphill side of the Lodge.

If you somehow bypass Timberline Lodge, try the Salmon Roe Pub in Cascade
Locks, just 50 trail miles to the north!
