[pct-l] Bear/Food Canister

I've hiked on the Sierra section of PCT the last 4 seasons without a bear
canister. I cook in the middle of the day, stealth camp, use bear boxes when
available, double rope bear bag, move rapidly through Yosemite, and the few
times that I've seen a bear I've aggressively shouted and thrown rocks. This
combination has worked well for me.
