[pct-l] Trail head shuttle/bus schedule

I'm committed to section hiking sections A,B,C in late April in
conjunction with AZDPCTKO.

I haven't made my airline reservations yet, but I am 
trying toget some information on shuttles or the bus schedule to
Campo.

Any information would be appreciated.

I plan to start on the 28th or 29th of April, but I'm flexible.
