[pct-l] Hot Food idea!!!



 New found favorite food. Try Schilling " Country Gravy " Mix over rice on 
the trail. Then add a small can of chicken. Gravy takes two cups of water. 
Packet wt. is 2.64 ozs. Makes 400 cals. of which 320 is fat. Jackpot for a 
hungry thru-hiker!!! GREAT FLAVOR!!!-------TIP # 2 use light salt instead of 
nomal salt. Light salt has less sodiuim and adds tons of postasium. ( your 
sweat loses twice as much potas. as salt. which needs to be replaced )
