RE: [pct-l] Whole Milk

Before the 70's thruhikers had to lead a dairy cow down the trail and carry 
the short stool for milking.  This is why the trail the trail is so deeply 
rutted in most areas and another reason why our packs were so heavy back 
then. ;-)

Nice to know how far we've come. Today we'd make the cow carry the pack. ;-)
