[pct-l] Roster finally updated!

Yes, it's true. The Roster is finally updated. PCT 2000 hikers, ADZPCTKO
2000 planned attendees, and 1999 info as well. Even the beginnings of a
2001 section which includes me!

I have removed myself from the 2000 list. Some recent developments will
simply make it impossible to take a big chunk of time off this summer. I
imagine I'll be doing lots of 14ers here in Colorado rather than a long
hike in California. Life continues to bring surprises. I will be with
you all in spirit.

And I plan to be at ADZPCTKO in April to greet old friends and new faces
alike.
