I'm in the mist of preparing for the PCT hike.
Meals are my current hurdle. Anyone have any favourite meal ideas that they would like to share. Especially main dinner meals.  
I'm a guy, so not into anything fancy or complicated.  Simpler and easier to prepare and pack for the trip and to prepare on the hike would be better for me.
Also, anyone know where to get dehydrated pasta(tomato) sauce?
