[pct-l] Desert Hiking

The desert seems to be a big problem for starting a PCT thru-hike.  I have 
found that the clothing/gear from Sun Precautions works very well on a hot 
and sunny trail.  My recommendation is their hat with neck drape, super 
active shirt, ventilated sport pants, travel parasol, and maybe the hand
