I believe there were also some in Mojave, but the library was closed the day 
I was there.

If you decide to stay in Mojave, Whites Motel was very hiker friendly, gave 
free rides back to the trail and was within walking distance to the PO, 
Laundromat and Supermarket.  (Plus they have an ad in the PCTA Communicator)!
