Less than a mile, more like a third of a mile into Canada, is a campsite,
Castle Creek, and about 4 miles in, is another, near Mount Frosty Trail
junction. See halfmile's WA section map... section L.

At the monument, some ground flat enough to pitch a tent, can be found here
and there in the timber to the SW.
