[pct-l] Bear canisters to lend

I have two large bear canisters, Bearvault model BV500 to lend to 2018 thru
hikers.

Each year, I get a large volume of responses, and it takes a day or two to
sort them out, so I cannot guarantee that any particular request can be
granted.
